Alright, here we go :) One of the key elements of success in any field, is the amount of knowledge we have in that specific item. Human growth is a complex process that depends upon many factors needed. A human normal life cycle begins as a single cell, which multiplies and undergoes various developments. This is finally how the child is born. The next step is birth to puberty. During this stage of a humans' life and depending on various factors, the human child will gain height and weight. After birth to puberty, the child will develop a stage called, "Pubertal Growth Spurt". This growth lasts about 2 years, depending on the gender of the child. Next, the child will grow to an adult. As an adult, the child which is now grown, will no longer be able to grow. The last stage in this cycle is elder hood. When you reach this stage of life, you are near the end. You will need to take precaution in what you consume in your body.
