Okay, With good nutrition comes good wellness. Nutrition is the act of obtaining the food necessary for health and growth, while wellness is the act of being in good mental and physical health. In order to maintain your wellness and your nutritional actions, you must maintain a rigorous nutritional selection. As a child, your nutrition must be at balance. Proper nutrition promotes the optimal growth and development of children. s children begin to grow older, their body changes. As their body changes, their nutritional habits change as well. With a poor diet, it can lead to energy imbalance (eating more calories than one expends through physical activity) and can increase ones risk for overweight and obesity. As the child's body develops into a teenager. Then comes adulthood. Adult's require lots of nutrition attention in order to keep their wellness at balance. Adult's are also restricted to certain food items due to the weak changes in their body.
