I get tagged by him too and a lot of other people.  I usually go to the question and report the user, since mass tagging is against the CoC.  But I usually have to ignore it.

Ah, yes. He has done that to many users. I warned him about mass tagging, but still nothing :P Just report the user, and if that doesn't do anything, then report to a mod/ambassador through PM
