for some reason it says ban, suspend, war, ip check,and kick under peoples names! Is that bad???

It's a glitch. Your profile is false for those things. It comes up every so often.

It's just a glitch. Those are moderator tools only available to moderators. But due to the glitch you can see them on your profile but they will not work. Refresh yand it will go away :)
