In the arguments you must address the following Items:

-A review of the other side's case, AND WHY THEY ARE WRONG
- A review of YOUR case, AND WHY YOU ARE RIGHT
- A DETAILED explanation of how you want the jury to rule, AND WHY.
-A SUMMATION appeals to the emotions of the jurors.
