Find the zeros of the equation:

OpenStudy (vampirediaries):

\[7x ^{2}-144=-x ^{4}\]

OpenStudy (loser66):

Where are you stuck?

OpenStudy (vampirediaries):

I rewrote the equation so that it has 'x^3' so that it now is in standard form. \[x ^{4}-0x^{3}+7x ^{2}-144=0 \] So now I'm wondering if I need to include the '0x^3' in synthetic division to find the remainder
