My friend needs to delete her account on OS. Can somebody delete her account?

No, Acccounts can't be deleted.

If you ask. But I don't think you can delete it yourself...And, also. You can ask that your account may be suspended or banned if you can't delete it.

Well, I can't. Only mods can do that. If you ask for it, I guarantee you they'll do it. Just give the users account or name to the moderator. Or ask them to message the moderator personally.
