Solve for z, just like previous question, move all the terms with z on the left and just the numbers on the right.
When you're moving things around, you want to use the opposite operation of what already exists, so lets first move the 4z, it's actually +4z, so what can we do to eliminate it on the right and move it to the left?

D. 13 Move 3z to the right hand side and combine the z terms. Move -8 to the left hand side and combine terms. 13 = z
