Any Idea's why kids shouldn't skip breakfast.

the amount of energy you already have in your body as you wake up is not enough to start off as fresh and energetic
so when we eat breakfast - we energize our bodies and thus its able to perform its work better (for example we are able to concentrate better)

the best thing about kids eating breaky is that they get so full that if you chase them they cant run fast for long and when you catch up to them you can easily shake them upside down for lunch money
