good question

OpenStudy (phi):

use the "Attach File" button that is on the bottom left of where you type in.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do I write a proof on why the original and replica are similar Dilation Ratio= 1:10 52/10 = 5.3 41/10 = 4.1 58/10 = 5.8 51/10 = 5.1 46/10 = 4.6 56/10 = 5.6 56/10 = 5.6 66/10 = 6.6

OpenStudy (phi):

Your figure has two "triangles" to show the triangles are similar, show each leg of the triangle in the original has the same ratio of length original divided by length of replica for the wheels, show the ratio of diameters (or radius) also give that same ratio the last part is to make a triangle that uses the front fork and the "lower frame" as legs and show that triangle is similar (same ratio) between the original and replica

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I do not understand "the last part is to make a triangle that uses the front fork and the "lower frame" as legs..."

OpenStudy (phi):

the replica might not be similar if the "front fork" has a different angle from the original, even though everything else is similar: |dw:1422821134951:dw|
