Even if I'm really cold to the touch the palms of my hands are Really Really hot... its really freaking me out!

Are your palms sweaty, this is common in anxiety, If it continues consult your doctor.

No its not Anxiety and i haven't been feeling sick. It happenes alot though!

It could just be that your internal body temperature is lower than others. If somebody touches you and says your cold, but you don't feel cold, that's what it could be. Not a doctor, but if you feel it's a problem, ask your doctor. ;)

sweaty palms is common without it having caused by anxiety.

Alieen, have you been holding or touching something for a long time (a mouse for example) If something is pressing against you for a while, it creates heat. That is my second possible diagnosis. Still, not a doctor. :)
