A researcher published this survey result: "74% of people would be willing to spend 10% more for energy from a non-polluting source". The survey was conducted by posing the question on a national radio show and asking listeners to call in. 1,200 listeners responded. What is wrong with this survey?

I think this one is C because he allows people to call in, but only people who would pay 10% more would call, in my opinion, but I don't know.
