What is the rate of change and initial value for the linear relation that includes the points shown in the table?

B. Initial value: 1, rate of change: 1

D. Initial value: 3, rate of change: 2

Initial value means the y-intercept and rate of change means slope.
Slope can be found using the formula y_2 - y_1 / x_2 - x_1
And the y-intercept is the y value when x = 0, which isn't shown in the table.
