So I was given the length of one side of a square (it was x - 3) and the question told me to make the polynomial expression for it

Well you have expressed the factors of the polynomial expression, it believe you should go ahead and multiply that out giving you a 2nd degree polynomial expression.|dw:1422912272222:dw|
