pooja195 (pooja195):

ok now do you know the formula which is used to find the area of a polygon?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No... See that's what I need... Is the formula

pooja195 (pooja195):

hmm maybe @sleepyjess might know im a bit confused myself :/ or @TheSmartOne

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh and btw this is my 2nd acc. I know ALL aboput the CoC

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

You have to break the huge polygon into 3 figures and find the area of all 3 and them add them all together to get the total area :)

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Oops my bad. You break up that huge figure into 2 parts. One is a traingle and the other a parrallogram http://prntscr.com/60bzmp

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Area of triangle: \(A_t = \dfrac{1}{2}bh\) Area of parallelogram: \(A_p = bh\)
