1st suggestion, there is a reason it is called the BEST Response, you give your medal to the person with the best response. This would also make it way easier for medal parties to start.

^ true story. Once you reach 99SS, medals only get you to titles. And after all the titles are done, then medals are nothing.

Us helpers take pleasure in helping, not getting medals :)

I'm not sure what you mean by decimal medals, do you mean giving a "fraction" of a medal? X)
