\[b^{-4}=\frac{ 1 }{ 81 } \] b = ?
It's using the rule: \(x^{-1} = \dfrac{1}{x^1}\) So in this case it would be: \(\dfrac{1}{b^4}\) So we have to find 'b', so what do you think it is?
We have to find: \(b = \sqrt[4]{81}\)
to find square root do I divide?
