I've looked at my profile and asked around but I just don't know how to raise teamwork??

Teamwork is raised by helping people and usually i think its medals from multiple people on a question that will raise your teamwork

Teamwork gets higher if you have lots of Testimonials, Fans, People Helped, Invited Users, etc.

Yes, fans and testimonials will raise your teamwork bar. But is also raised when users go on 1 post to help another user and when those 2 users give each other medals, that is called teamwork. :)

Today I only got 1 up on teamwork from 67 to 68 and I raised my SS up to 85. Part of it was probably helping people in the English and History sections. :)
