Which was the biggest flaw in the Articles of Confederation? It did not provide for an independent federal judiciary. States did not have equal representation in the federal government. States did not have proportional representation in the federal government. It created a weak federal government with no powers to impose taxes or regulate trade. It failed to align states’ economic and political interests.
