Clean it with soap and hot water, dry it COMPLETELY (this will keep it from getting infected), put some Neosporin and a band-aid on, and you should be good to go. If it gets red, or the redness starts going away from the toe and into the foot, see a doctor, same thing if it is warm/hot.
