@DanJS well, neutron do not have charge. So its impossible for neutrons to be electric forces.
So electrons and protons can be electric forces?

Yes, electrons are negative electric charge and protons are positive.
Ans is A. but one of your option is wrong.. An electron cant pushes a proton.. simple classical mechanics..
