so here is my attempt not sure if its correct 

(79,500)/2.5=31800

10^0/10^2=10^-2

so it is 31800 x 10^-2

now considering the significant figures it has to be 2

so it becomes 3.18x10^2      (after shifting the decimal to the left by 4)
