Suggestion:If one person is answering the question let them answer it.
Reasons:
1.Main cause of spam
2.Confuses the asker
3.If its a new user they will feel like they are being ganged up on

Recently its been happening alot and its truly getting annoying I see a post that someones helping on and then all of the sudden someone comes in and starts helping and at the end there is disagreement so its better to le on person help rather than 10 others

I don't think this is a good idea..... What if you get the question wrong? Now I believe that anyone can go into any question and answer it.
I had that done to me a few times, but I keep going and continue to answer it :P (Doesn't Bother me)

Don't just provide the answer to a problem when someone else is in the middle of helping! "But if you want to help, by all means, join in!"

I believe you are not understanding very well the meaning of the 'Teamwork' bar that we have here on OS. That bar is raised by doing exactly what you are not wanting.

Correct them if they're wrong, and explain how that is not the answer. Everyone is trying to help and you can't stop that from happening. I know this can be frustrating but there is nothing wrong with it.
