I would say all are ok, but you need to figure out who is the best choice for you. For example, a counselor could seem like a great choice, but maybe you aren't comfortable talking to them. A friend, at least in my opinion, is possibly the worst choice out of that list because you can talk to them, but they can't necessarily do anything. Teachers are in the same boat as counselors, but I think that parents would be the best choice.
