About a year ago I joined openstudy and I got in some trouble so I kept making fake accounts and using fake email addresses. Well, I was wanting to come back so I put in my actual email address which is jonathanlabombarbe@gmail.com and I can't use it because it is one from a fake account. So in other words, I can't use it.

Nope. If you used an email one time or OS you can't use it anymore.
