I don't think so; if they're filling 3/4 a bucket every 30 seconds, then it would be 3/4 + 3/4 every minute, being 6/4 per minute, or 1 1/2. I think it's C.

1 / 1/2 = 2 So multiply the first fraction by 2 I think.. \(\dfrac{3}{4} \times \dfrac{2}{1} \rightarrow \dfrac{3 \times 2}{4 \times 1}\) Multiply those, what's 3 * 2? @bohotness
