For question to be highlighted if you have been tagged in the COMMENTS or in the question
I know it gets highlighted when tagged in the question, but not in the comments, and I could find this helpful when notifications pop up and other reasons

@EclipsedStar , the comment box turns yellow for you if I tag you in the comment. The question box turns yellow for you if Sammi tags you in the question box. What she is saying is to have it highlight the questions box yellow if you have been tagged in a comment.

I know that @sleepyjess ...I meant that I think she made a typo :) "...tagged in the [question], but not in the [comments]..", she typed that in the suggestion :3
