To conjugate regular -ir verbs, simply drop the ending (-ir) and add one of the following:
Yo - o
Tu - es
El/ella - e
Nostros - imos
Vostros - ís
Ellos/ellas/ustedes - en

A good example is the verb VIVIR (= "to live"):

(yo) -- viv - o
(tu) -- viv - es
(el/ ella/ Ud.) -- viv - e
(nosotros/ nosotras) -- viv - imos
(vosotros/ vosotras) -- viv - is
(ellos/ ellas/ Uds.) -- viv - en
