I think there should be absolutely no congratulating at all seems as if it has no value its like we should start making post for newcomers,or maybe for who ever answers a question right better yet why not make a congrats post for every using chat :P this is how it feels for every congrats post made at this point it has no value, the only thing that should be allowed if at all is 99 but I would disagree with that too these are all ways to just get medals for free -_-

99 or 100SS amazingnesses are still good, but other stuff is a little superfluous :P

I agree with @sleepyhead314 music section is also a place where people get free medals. It should be monitored. People don't follow the guidelines in the music section.

receiving a congratulations post is a warm and happy feeling
and when people feel happy, they want to share it, and so make more and more congrats posts
I don't blame them for that.
but the gaming the system for medals has gotten out of hand, that is all.

as for spamming I would tell you that telling people that giving direct answers is against the rules on that person's post is also considered spamming by technicality. so are you all going to stop doing that too? sure hop on the band wagon.

I disagree a lot on which the point you say that we make these points 'just to get medals for free'.

That doesn't come even to the slightest reason these posts are created. These posts are created however, to show that you have achieved an important goal and you are happy about that. It's okay to be happy about achieving a goal, but saying you make that post JUST to give medals ?

I get it for 99, because that does take some work... but some of the recent ones have been for things like getting 70. Sure, they people stuck in chat rarely hit 70, but does that really warrant a celebration?
