How is the political and religious freedom protected and limited?

@ihopethisisfree It's a subject required for 7th grade now. In my lesson I'm learning about all the 10 amendments in the bill of rights. It asked to me to write a paragraph of why I chose this one, then write a second paragraph telling them how the political and religious freedom is protected and limited and Google doesn't know and it doesn't say anything about this is my lesson....

both political and religious freedoms are protected under the American constitution.the right to protest is an example of a political freedom, and the right to practise your own religion is an example of the religious freedom

Political freedoms are being limited in the form of gun control then, in my opinion, that we have been presented the right to bear arms in documentation and now it is getting harder and harder to carry in America. Make sure to emphasise that we were promised in documentation this to link it directly to politics, otherwise its irrelevant. Religiosly we are limited...hmm. That's tough. Well I guess you could mention we are religiously limited through media, in that it is so censored for anything religous nowadays for fear of offending anyone that we are no longer really permitted to freely be religious anymore without being judged/shunned/corrcted even though politically it's allowed, socially it is not. Let me know if this helps! and of course they are protected in what @BPDlkeme234 said

there is some woman called rose (a black woman) who fought very hard to get equal rights for blacks and whites. use that example in your answer

You are referring to Rosa Parks, she was a black woman who was asked to move off of her seat so a young white person could sit in her place. She was old and her feet hurt and she had been standing working all day and so she said no. She was arrested for this. It was a huge stand for African American freedom in that time period. Look her up, she is very famous. It is not recent though.
