Biochem test in a few hours.. if anyone is up can you please simplify processing of mRNA in transcription please..
i can do it
??
but i guess its better for you to first watch an animation on it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6Nyce-4oG4 this is the easiest i could find for you watch it and if some steps are not clear - i'll clear it out
as you watch it, note down steps
sorry I should have clarified, it's master's level Biochem. I remember basic transcription from a thousand different classes.. specifically I was juggling with the way the spliceosomes worked made up by snRNPs
owh im first year medical student hmm don't think i know as much as you do but i'll check it out
but i know about splicing - removing introns from mRNA
maybe you can watch this http://highered.mheducation.com/olcweb/cgi/pluginpop.cgi?it=swf::535::535::/sites/dl/free/0072437316/120077/bio30.swf::How+Spliceosomes+Process+RNA i don't know if you are asking for this tho
okay apparently i too am supposed to know it <.< just remembered having it in my own courses here for reading http://prntscr.com/61b6v2 i'll see if i can find more
that will work i've been looking for most of their videos because i think they are out of lehningers.. i'm in the Masters of Biomedical Sciences.. med school soon hopefully.. thank you
