Based on this poster, what conclusion can be made about the U.S. government during World War I? (5 points) It wanted to boycott trade with enemy nations. It wanted to provide low-cost loans to its allies. It was not able to fully finance the war effort through taxes. It believed the majority of its citizens did not support the war.
