Help me double check. I think it's correct but my teacher says otherwise.

Contrapositive: Students will not be able to develop a deeper understanding of the math concepts presented within their course if students are not allowed to use technology such as computers, calculators and tablets.

See, my teacher thinks that the contrapositive is the same as the inverse because the "if" parts are the same, but I think otherwise.

This is the inverse of the original statement.
Writing the "if" in the back of the statement does not mean anything. It is what is behind the "if". Behind your "if" is the negation of the p (hypothesis) of the original statement.
