Polygon JKLM is dilated by a scale factor of 2.5 with point C as the center of dilation, resulting in the image J′K′L′M′. If point C lies on LM¯¯¯¯¯ and the slope of LM¯¯¯¯¯ is 1.75, what can be said about L'M'¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ? L'M'¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ has a slope of 1.75 but does not pass through point C. L'M'¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ has a slope of 2.5 but does not pass through point C. L'M'¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ has a slope of 1.75 and passes through point C. L'M'¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ has a slope of 2.5 and passes through point C.

C i think but not 100% sure

OpenStudy (holly00d1248):

because it tells us it has a slope of 1.75 so that eliminates B and D and it also tells us point C is lying on JKLM which is on LM makes sense

@Bmorefield i answered your problem

@Holly00d1248 you were right. Thank you!
