An antiseptic, is used to prevent bacteria from forming on the outside of the body. A disinfectant is used to kill harmful germs and bacteria on the outside of the body. A vaccine is used to prevent bacteria, or other diseases from forming inside the body. An antibiotic is used to kill bacteria inside the body. So, an antibiotic would kill the most bacteria inside the body.
