Describe the change to the parent function. (y = sqrt x) I am not good at this and I don't really know how to describe each parent function. 8. y = - sqrt x - 5 9. y = 4 sqrt x + 3 -1 10. y = -1/3 sqrt x -1 + 3

HI!!
i am not understanding so much either, but if you have \[y=2\sqrt{x-5}\] i guess the parent function is \(f(x)=\sqrt{x}\)
is it "change to" the parent function or "change the parent function to get the new one"?
