I have witnessed a certain individual who carries the "tag" of Grammar Police" and gives out very wrong English advise over and over again. Can anything be done about that ?

Not exactly..titles are earned by getting a certain amount of medals in 1 subject..

Grammar Police requires 500 medals, and 500 SmartCents.

Not asking to remove title, just trying to find out how to prevent the individual from giving wrong advice to these students.

the person may mean well, but the advice is wrong; and therefore, the students are getting the answer wrong and not learning the correct information.
