The word "copy" is somewhat misleading here, which is what Crystalinq is talking about.  If you copy something, well, it implies taking the values and putting them in different memory locations or some such action.

Every time you make an object from the class it is an instance of the class, which is why Crystalinq said that is probably what they mean.
