"At which phase of the cell cycle does the cytoplasm of a cell divide to form two daughter cells?" I think its the S Phase but im not sure!

@zachhhhhh No, in S phase the cell simply duplicates its DNA in preparation for cell division. Also, I am not sure if you are looking at interphase vs. M-phase or the phases inside M-phase.
