Breaking Tradition


Life is this confusing maze,
in which we're all a part of.
There's different paths we take,
sometimes leading with a hand and a blind eye,
Other times you'll find a GPS by your side.
It tells you what to do,
where to go,
who to be!
Taking us down on our knees.
Changing our name,
being the same?
Flourished with insecurities.
Biting a lip,
cutting out a tongue.
Pretending you belong!
Like replica with a hidden mistake.
Trying not to break,
but soon you'll just freeze...
and the gps will break.
Once again you're alone.
LOST in a so called "Paradise".
With no way out.
Only born to be in.
But while struggles will last,
doesn't mean you have to let them
in.

@Sam_Bruce159 no i love it when people say what they think youre fine. But its free write and i didnt really want it to have a lot of rhyme i mean i could of but it just didnt feel the same to me. And its free write so it doesnt have to rhyme. But thank you for your honest opinion
