Hi, 

To get started, you obviously have to replace the x's and y's with their values into the equation...

then this is just simple "plug and chugg" and then follow your order of operations...

multiplication and division "inside" the ( ) first, then add and subtract "inside" the 
( ) 2nd, then multiplication and division "outside" the ( ) next, then finally add and subtract everything in order from left to right

(xy)-7x+(y+68) If x= 76247 and y=6733
(76247 *6733) - [7*76247] + (6733+68)
(513371051) - [533729] + (6801)
(513371051 - 533729) + (6801)
(512837322 + 6801)
512844123
so that's your answer!...not so bad...just follow the order of operation (PEMDAS) which is (Parenthesis, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction)
