Today, I would like to discuss the pros & cons of sports in school, the following pros are: that sports is a good thing because it helps with metabolism, mind is regenerated, it helps your heart and the heart pumps blood though your body, helps the skin get vitamin D, mind will focus more, body structure, enhances the lung capacity, etc. Sports should stay at school because, it helps with the bones, muscles, weight problem. This helps with your arthritis & your muscle pains it keeps you active (as long you don’t take it too far) it Also helps with your headaches (don’t run), there are different types of sports that can help you with say like Basketball, soccer, football last but not least baseball or softball this make the mind, body spirit feel wonderful but, sports can calm children or adults at any age but not kids that are younger than 10 years old. “sports are fine” Quoted Cody, Cody quotes that sports are fine because he thinks sports are not so good He is more into trucks than sports “trucks are cool” said Cody, “sports are boring” when Cody tried to get in football they said this “he is flat footed, he can’t join football unless you have a normal foot” So, from that day on he did not join the football team. So therefore, to eat healthy while playing sports is to eat your veggies, fruits, and meat I reassure you that to healthy is when you get older you need iron in your body also, to keep up your energy.
