I off dialog coming from OS cause it was getting annoying, but now I can't delete comments, so how do I turn it back on? Can't seem to figure it out, lol

Because when you want to delete a comment, a dialog appears asking if you want to Now that I turned them off, I can't delete comments

Settings, Privacy, Content Sttings button. I am guessing it might be one of the things there.
Hmmm... The additional dialog boxes is supposed to reset when the browser is closed.
