Say when you are using the equation tool and you put in this:\[2( 6 + x) = 16\] It will appear as `\[2( 6 + x) = 16\]`, right? replace those brackets [...] with parenthesis to make it look like this `\(2( 6 + x) = 16\)`
Then it will make it to where you can post equations in the same line

I've learned all the symbol codes by now since I was tired of replacing the brackets, so I just always type the equation out instead of using the equation tool
first i typed on equation tool then i put \ and type huge
