OpenStudy (cwrw238):

what does the vertical axes x represent. Distance or velocity?

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

If it is displacement or distance the slope will be the velocity

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, this graph is position vs time

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it true to say where they both touch, they have the same velocity?

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

no the intercepts are when they have the same position. as i said the velocities are equal to the slope of the lines
