Describe how the Great Depression allowed totalitarianism and fascism to take hold in Russia, Italy, and Germany.

The great depression effected the whole world because America could not produce the raw materials needed to be manufactured Europe lost a lot of money and this also affected Italy Germany and Russia. Also Germany still owed war debts from WW1 which caused them to go into depression. Because the U.S. could not provide the raw materials everyone else went into depression which made the citizens want to overthrow their government and change it.
