Question

New poem

She walks down that dark alley, confidence in her stride
keeping her head up, she contains her tears, keeping her pride
I fall in step behind her, making sure she's safe
she turns around, but begins to look afraid
I put my hands on her shoulders, trying to control her
and she comes to a stop, she looks at me, trying to examine closer
Realizing i'm the boy, whose with her in math,
she beings to calm down and continue down that path
A look of worry, a look of hate, a look of sorrow a look of fate
she finally reaches home and to my surprise, she's liked me, though i'm full of lies
I go next door and hop on my bed, I pick up a pencil, flicking its lead
I look out the window, staring into her room, only to see the blood. the doom
She takes away the knife, that was cutting her wrist
she begins to write a list. A list of what she hates about herself, what she hates inside
she crumples up the paper and tosses it aside.
Still she keeps her head up, with courage and strength,
her fears have left, at a certain length
Looking out the window, her eyes meet mine, she looks away in shock
I now know her sign, shutting the window she begins to sway, collapsing on her bed
being taken away.
