@ganeshie8

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

simply set \(h = 0.55\) in the given equaiton and solve \(x\)

OpenStudy (vshiroky):

Ok so 0.55=0.5^2+0.5x+15

OpenStudy (vshiroky):

Subtract .55 from both sides to get 0=0.5^2+0.5x+14.45

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

do you mean \[0=-0.5x^2+0.5x+14.45\]

OpenStudy (vshiroky):

Yes lol

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

looks good, solve it using any of your favorite methods (i would use wolfram though :P)

OpenStudy (vshiroky):

Thank you!!
