That looks so confusing I can't really understand how are you suppose to find that.

You're supposed to create a proportion. That would be \[\frac{ WV }{ WX} = \frac{ ?? }{ ?? }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm... yes maybe wv equal 80 to 85 and wx equal 90... \[\frac{ wv }{ wx } = \frac{ 85 }{ 90 }\] I'm guessing you have to measure wv and wx and put how much the measures over the correct - below or above to get the proportion
