Well, to solve this, graph the function.
H(3)=1 I think not 100% sure though
When x =3, y = 8. and when x=6, y = -5
Basically it's asking for Slope (rate of change) from (3,8) and (6,-5)
Slope formula = \[\frac{ y2-y1 }{ x2-x1 }\]
